When in Wloclawek last week, I spent two mornings (05-07.00 AM) to search for signs of mezuzah. I visited 50 houses and saw more than 300 hundred doors. However, no signs of overpainted mezuzah or the spaces for (after) the mezuzah at the old door frames were left!
